PC Place is a Nigerian retailer specializing in computers, electronics, and accessories, with both an online store and physical locations. The company's head office is located in Ikeja, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a professional manner, ensuring they sign in and adhere to security protocols.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Office Presentation & Supplies: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area. Monitor and order office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings (including booking meeting rooms and setting up logistics), and assist with travel arrangements.
- Customer Relationship Support: Act as a primary contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions, coordinating with internal teams (like sales or technical support) to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Basic Technical Knowledge (Tech-specific): Some roles may require familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting or knowledge of the company's tech products/services to assist clients with basic inquiries before escalating to technical support.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role is typically required.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office management tools. Familiarity with CRM software or booking systems may also be necessary.

Salary
