Job Description:

• Architect, build & maintain production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily.
• Drive and implement MVVM architecture for scalable, maintainable codebases.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for real-time experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to bring elegant, intuitive UI/UX to life.
• Write testable, efficient, well-documented code with a focus on performance.
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and technical architecture discussions.

Requirements:

• Experience with Firebase, local storage (Hive, SQLite).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & mobile release processes.
• Experience mentoring or leading Flutter teams.
• Worked on FinTech, lending, or digital banking platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development.
• Expert understanding of MVVM and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc — Provider/Stacked preferred).
• Strong portfolio of successful apps in the Play Store/App Store.
• Fluent in REST APIs, JSON, and clean code principles.
• Git/GitHub wizard who's comfortable in agile environments.
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about building world-class products.
