Job Description:

The Ecobank Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) is the Bank’s flagship graduate initiative aimed at grooming young professionals for leadership roles within the financial sector. It is one of Africa’s most prestigious early-career opportunities for graduates who are passionate about banking, innovation, and growth.

The programme runs for 12 to 24 months and combines:

• Classroom learning led by seasoned facilitators and industry experts.

• On-the-job training across key business areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, and Digital Solutions.

• Mentorship and career coaching by senior managers within the Ecobank Group.

Participants will gain exposure to real projects, build professional networks, and develop the skills required to thrive in a dynamic banking environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.

• Candidates must have completed NYSC.

• Minimum of five (5) credits including English and Mathematics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Excellent numerical and financial aptitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Interest in digital banking, fintech, and innovation.

• High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
