Requirements:
1. Customer Acquisition & Product Advocacy
Market Outreach: Support the growth of our consumer loan portfolio by identifying prospects for salary loans, personal loans, and asset finance.
Client Education: Clearly communicate loan pricing, repayment terms, and product benefits to potential borrowers.
Onboarding: Assist new customers through the application journey, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
2. Credit Analysis & Portfolio Support
KYC & Verification: Conduct basic Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and credit analysis under the supervision of senior officers to ensure lead quality.
Processing & Disbursement: Support the end-to-end loan processing workflow to ensure timely disbursement to qualified applicants.
Monitoring & Recovery: Track loan repayments and assist in early-stage recovery efforts to maintain a healthy portfolio-at-risk (PAR) level.
3. Professional Development & Compliance
Training & Assessment: Participate in structured classroom sessions, field assignments, and periodic performance evaluations.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the bank’s core systems.
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all sales and processing activities strictly adhere to internal risk policies and Central Bank regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Eligibility
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Experience Level: 0 years post-graduation experience (Fresh Graduate).
Service Status: Must have completed or be exempted from NYSC.
Core Competencies
Sales & Persuasion: Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions in a competitive market.
Analytical Ability: Comfortable with numbers and basic financial calculations.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
