Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Debt Recovery: Lead the debt recovery process by executing consistent and professional follow-ups with clients via phone, email, and physical correspondence to secure outstanding payments.
• Financial Record Management: Maintain high-precision account reconciliations and ensure all financial records accurately reflect the current status of client liabilities and payments.
• Revenue Monitoring & Analytics: Actively monitor the Accounts Receivable aging schedule to identify overdue accounts and prepare detailed recovery reports for executive review.
• Management Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Director and Management team to develop and implement effective collection strategies that ensure timely revenue recovery and healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in debt recovery and account reconciliation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Must be resident within or around Asokoro, Nyanya, Karu, Mararaba, Jikwoyi, Kurudu, or Karshi.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a private sector or professional firm.
