Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to drive our market expansion and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the face of the company in your assigned territory, responsible for identifying prospects, demonstrating product value, and closing deals. This is not just a "selling" role; it is a consultative position where you will build lasting relationships, provide market intelligence to management, and act as a strategic advisor to our clients. Requirements:
1. Territory Management & Lead Generation
Active Canvassing: Systematically scout assigned territories to identify and present company solutions to high-potential customers.
Funnel Development: Proactively contact leads and set up high-stakes appointments to present the company’s product portfolio.
Networking & Events: Represent the brand at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to expand the sales pipeline.
2. Consultative Selling & Product Mastery
Expert Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that clearly articulate features and solve specific customer pain points.
Proposal Engineering: Prepare professional, data-backed sales proposals and order forms that align with client needs and company pricing strategies.
Consultative Approach: Utilize sound consultative selling skills to understand customer business goals and position products as essential solutions.
3. Strategic Reporting & Market Intelligence
Performance Tracking: Maintain rigorous records of sales activities, submitting regular reports on sales closed and pipeline health.
Marketing Collaboration: Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies based on on-the-ground market feedback.
Process Integrity: Ensure all order forms are completed accurately and submitted promptly for processing to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Minimum of OND; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
Tenure: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Documentation: Proficiency in preparing professional sales proposals and basic reporting.
Core Competencies
Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
Information Retention: Exceptional ability to retain and articulate detailed product specifications and pricing structures.
