Job Description:

We are seeking high-energy, results-oriented Bank Sales Executives to join our growth team across Nigeria. In this role, you are the face of the bank, serving as the bridge between our innovative financial products and the needs of our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, mobilizing deposits, and expanding our retail and corporate footprint. Requirements:

1. Deposit Mobilization & Customer Acquisition

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and onboard new individual and corporate customers through aggressive field sales and networking.

  • Liability Growth: Drive the bank’s growth by meeting monthly targets for deposit mobilization across various account types (Savings, Current, Fixed Deposits).

  • Product Matching: Educate potential clients on the bank’s offerings—including loans, digital banking, and investment products—to provide tailored financial solutions.

2. Relationship Management & Retention

  • Client Advisory: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and high satisfaction levels.

  • Portfolio Management: Maintain active relationships with existing customers to encourage upselling and cross-selling of banking services.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the branch management team.

3. Compliance & Administrative Excellence

  • KYC Governance: Ensure all account opening documents meet "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory standards.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales logs, tracking your performance against set KPIs for management review.

  • Brand Integrity: Represent the bank professionally at all times, adhering to the corporate dress code and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Criteria

  • Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any discipline.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Age: Must be 35 years or below.

  • Mobility: Available for deployment nationwide based on bank requirements.

Core Competencies

  • Persuasion & Influence: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to close deals under pressure.

  • Resilience: A "thick-skinned" approach to field sales and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

  • Integrity: Strong ethical standards when handling customer information and financial commitments.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in using smartphones and basic digital banking applications.
