Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our team. In a specialized business landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the financial statement success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty"   the ability to harmonize accounts payable and receivable with the clinical precision required for Tax Compliance, Payroll, and Budgetary Planning. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (monitoring daily transactions and reconciling accounts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide high-fidelity financial insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Truth."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for regulatory fidelity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring the "Source of Financial Transparency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Monitor daily transactions and reconcile accounts promptly, acting as the primary "Source of Cash Flow Accuracy."

• Payable/Receivable Architecture: Manage the end-to-end A/R and A/P cycles, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional liquidity.

• Payroll Stewardship: Process payroll and manage employee financial documentation, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Decision Power

• Planning Sovereignty: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Foresight."

• Insight Architecture: Provide data-driven financial insights to support management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for capital allocation.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of industry expertise to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience (hospitality or similar industry experience is a distinct advantage).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Advantage: Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is highly valued.
