Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our Wuse 2 facility. In the specialized landscape of healthcare finance where operational liquidity depends on the accuracy of complex billing cycles success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize patient care costs with the clinical precision required for HMO Reconciliations, Debt Drive Initiatives, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (resolving billing discrepancies and payment disputes) with the "Strategic Agility" required to reduce outstanding receivables and optimize cash flow.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Billing Governance

• Billing Sovereignty: Oversee and manage the billing process for patients, corporate clients, and HMOs with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Invoicing Accuracy."

• Receivables Architecture: Lead debt drive initiatives and develop strategies to reduce outstanding debts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for improved cash flow.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of all receivables and report regularly on recovery progress, ensuring the "Source of Financial Health" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reporting Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Support the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, acting as the primary "Source of Management Insight."

• Reconciliation Architecture: Handle complex bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate balance sheets.

• Audit Stewardship: Prepare and provide necessary documentation for both internal and external audits, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Compliance."

3. Operational Integrity & Expenditure Power

• Control Sovereignty: Monitor expenditures and support budget preparation, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Discipline."

• Staff Architecture: Assist with payroll verification and supervise the billing and cashiering staff, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a high-performing finance team.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of healthcare accounting expertise and Medical Billing Systems to resolve payment disputes in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting; experience in a healthcare, clinic, or diagnostic center setting is highly beneficial.

• Technical Power: Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with medical billing systems.

• Certifications: Professional accounting certifications (ICAN/ACCA) are a distinct advantage.
