Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Finance Manager to anchor the financial engine of our organization. In the specialized landscape of the hospitality and service industry where success is measured by the optimization of margins success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily accounting operations with the clinical precision required for Long-term Financial Planning, ROI Analysis, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with at least 10 years of experience (including 3 years in hospitality) who can blend "Fiduciary Grit" (leading internal/external audits) with the "Analytical Agility" required for complex financial modeling and ERP management.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Orchestration & Growth Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Intent."
Capital Architecture: Drive capital investment analysis and ROI evaluations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable expansion.

2. Tactical Resilience & Compliance Logic
Reporting Sovereignty: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Compliance."
Tax Architecture: Ensure professional tax planning and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), providing the "Functional Foundation" for statutory safety.
Liquidity Stewardship: Manage cash flow and working capital to support 24/7 operations, maintaining the "Source of Operational Fluidity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Control Sovereignty: Strengthen internal controls and lead the audit process to safeguard assets, acting as the primary "Source of Risk Mitigation."
Team Architecture: Lead and develop the finance team while improving reporting tools and ERP systems, providing the "Relational Foundation" for departmental excellence.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of sector expertise and Advanced Financial Modeling to optimize costs in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master’s Degree preferred).
Certification: Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance/audit, with at least 3 years specifically in the Hospitality Industry.
Software Mastery: Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books) and Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling.
