Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and ambitious Accountant to anchor the financial engine of PCCN Energy Ltd. In the specialized landscape of the energy sector where operational agility is dictated by the clarity of the ledger success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" , the ability to harmonize daily transactions with the clinical precision required for Bank Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and Data Integrity. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) who can blend "Numerical Grit" (recording daily financial flows) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Excel and professional accounting software.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ledger Governance

• Transaction Sovereignty: Record daily financial transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Data Entry."

• Record Architecture: Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for transparent organizational health.

• Integrity Stewardship: Assist with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, ensuring the "Source of Liquidity Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reporting Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Assist in the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports, acting as the primary "Source of Management Insight."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to process financial data, providing the "Functional Foundation" for digital financial management.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all records are maintained according to company policy and accounting standards, maintaining the "Source of Audit Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
