About Company:

Bedrock Residences is a hospitality firm offering premium, fully serviced apartments thoughtfully designed to deliver comfort, convenience, and an exceptional guest experience. We provide a personalized and memorable stay, tailored to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Internal Control Manager to anchor the integrity engine of our operations. In a diversified business environment—where success depends on the mitigation of leakage, success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume financial requests with the clinical precision required for Secondary Transaction Reviews (Call-overs), Revenue Authentication, and Procurement Oversight. This role is designed for a "Risk Architect" with at least 7 years of experience who can blend "Investigative Grit" (conducting unannounced spot checks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to evaluate insurance and discount policy adherence.

Requirements:

1. Sourcing Orchestration & Vendor Governance

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Manage and execute purchasing activities for goods and services with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Efficiency."

  • Vendor Architecture: Source suppliers locally and internationally and negotiate high-value contracts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a resilient supply base.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Monitor supplier performance and market pricing, ensuring the "Source of Procurement Quality" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & International Logic

  • Logistics Sovereignty: Handle complex international documentation, including Bills of Lading and Shipping Compliance, acting as the primary "Source of Import/Export Fluidity."

  • Software Architecture: Utilize SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar tools to track orders and budgets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for real-time inventory visibility.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Adhere to local and international procurement regulations, maintaining the "Source of Statutory Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaborative Power

  • Insight Sovereignty: Support marketing and sales teams with procurement insights and vendor solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Synergy."

  • Policy Architecture: Assist in developing procurement processes and cost-saving initiatives, providing the "Administrative Foundation" for long-term fiscal health.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of sector expertise to resolve shipping delays or vendor disputes in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Supply Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement roles.

  • Global Mastery: Proven experience in international purchasing, including deep knowledge of Bills of Lading and import procedures.

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).

Core Competencies

  • Negotiation Grit: Excellence in contract discussions and building high-leverage vendor relationships.

  • Supply Sovereignty: Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and optimize pricing strategies.

  • Regulatory Power: Thorough knowledge of local and international procurement compliance standards.
