Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Executive to anchor the financial engine of our Anthony Village operations. In the specialized landscape of Lagos-based commerce where liquidity and regulatory compliance are the primary metrics of stability success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily transactions with the clinical precision required for Bank Reconciliations, Statutory Remittances, and Budgetary Allocations. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 2 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (handling daily invoicing and payroll) with the "Strategic Agility" required to create executive summaries for management review.
Requirements:
1. Ledger Orchestration & Record Governance
Record Sovereignty: Prepare and maintain financial records and ledgers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Accuracy."
Operations Architecture: Create and maintain dedicated ledgers for receivables, payables, and sales, providing the "Structural Foundation" for clear financial visibility.
Integrity Stewardship: Handle daily accounting entries and receipts, ensuring the "Source of Financial History" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Cash Logic
Liquidity Sovereignty: Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow in real-time, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Stability."
Reconciliation Architecture: Execute bank reconciliations and monitor deductions/remittances, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate balance reporting.
Compliance Stewardship: Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Adherence."
3. Operational Integrity & Management Power
Budgetary Sovereignty: Create and maintain allocations on income and expenditure, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Discipline."
Reporting Architecture: Generate financial reports and executive summaries, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-level management decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Excel and 2 years of sector expertise to resolve transactional discrepancies, maximizing the "Source of Accounting Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Software Mastery: Strong basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
