Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our Egbeda-based operations. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the financial statement success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize profit and loss reporting with the clinical precision required for Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Purchase Order Processing, and Vendor Management. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Analytical Grit" (performing complex calculations and reviewing supplier payment runs) with the "Operational Agility" required to deliver high-fidelity management accounts.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance
Account Sovereignty: Deliver accurate and timely first-draft and final management accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Truth."
Statement Architecture: Process and dispatch invoices and statements with high fidelity, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accounts receivable transparency.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain both profit and loss reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the "Source of Financial Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic
Purchase Sovereignty: Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process, acting as the primary "Source of Expenditure Control."
Payment Architecture: Review weekly supplier payment runs in line with vendor agreements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional liquidity and trust.
Reconciliation Stewardship: Perform deep-dive analysis and reconciliations of accounts and requisitions, maintaining the "Source of Transactional Fidelity."
3. Operational Integrity & Inquiry Power
Calculation Sovereignty: Execute and verify complex financial calculations for processing, acting as the primary "Source of Mathematical Accuracy."
Documentation Architecture: Prepare and check invoices, requisitions, and secondary documents, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless audit trails.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Professional Accounting Expertise to accelerate the "Requisition-to-Payment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Technical Power: Deep understanding of Management Accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet).
Operational Mastery: Proven experience in managing Purchase Order processes and Supplier Payment runs.
