Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping to support the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial statements.
• Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closures.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments to support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Note: He / She must reside around Ajah axis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
