Job Description:

The Parallex Bank Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip young, talented graduates with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to build successful careers in the banking and financial services sector.
Participants will undergo intensive training that combines technical, managerial, and soft skills development to prepare them for various roles within the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
• Support daily banking operations under the supervision of assigned mentors.
• Develop a deep understanding of the bank’s products, services, and customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and commitment throughout the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower, 2:2) from a recognized university.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
• Minimum of 5 O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics) obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Age: Not more than 26 years old at the time of application.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation and technology in the banking industry.
