Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced, technically proficient Site Manager to take full ownership of our building construction projects. This is a senior-level position for an expert who understands the complexities of high-rise construction and has a proven track record of delivering projects from foundation to handover. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the site, bridging the gap between design and reality, managing subcontractors, optimizing logistics, and ensuring that our builds are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all technical aspects of building construction on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.

• Operational Execution: Manage project timelines, budgets, and physical resources to ensure successful delivery without compromising quality.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage all site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment.

• Progress Monitoring: Provide detailed weekly reports on project progress, costs, and quality assurance, ensuring strict tracking against project schedules and financial budgets.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and internal project management teams.

• Safety & Logistics: Enforce site-specific safety plans to ensure a zero-harm environment; manage all site logistics, including material procurement, equipment deployment, and waste management.

• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team and other departments to resolve technical issues and optimize project delivery workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or B.Sc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a contractor’s Site Engineer.

• Proven Track Record: You must have personally managed the full construction of at least one project of 7 floors or higher, from foundation stage through to final handover.

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of every technical detail across all building trades (e.g., structural, MEP, finishes, etc.).
