Job Description:

We are seeking a technically proficient and organized Site Engineer to oversee our roofing and ceiling installation projects. In this specialized role, you will be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will manage the entire onsite lifecycle—from initial site preparation and material planning to technical problem-solving and final project handover. If you are a construction professional with a keen eye for structural detail and the leadership ability to coordinate crews and stakeholders effectively, we want you to drive our site operations.

Requirements:

• Project Execution: Supervise and coordinate all roofing and ceiling installation activities, ensuring works are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Site Planning & Management: Plan daily site activities, manage worker deployment, and oversee the logistical flow of materials to prevent downtime.

• Quality & Technical Oversight: Conduct rigorous quality inspections throughout the installation process. Resolve technical issues on-site to ensure structural integrity and flawless finish.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project logs. Monitor progress against the schedule and prepare regular reports for project managers and clients.

• HSE Enforcement: Lead the site safety culture. Enforce strict health and safety standards to ensure all workers and contractors operate in a secure environment.

• Cost & Material Control: Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and ensure costs remain within project budgets.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven professional experience in roofing, ceiling installation, or general construction project supervision.
