Job Description:
Are you a high-energy sales professional with a deep understanding of the mobile phone market? We are seeking a Field Sales & Distribution Representative to drive our commercial presence across the wholesaler and dealer network. This is a critical "front-line" role where you will be responsible for the physical distribution of mobile devices, aggressive debt recovery, and the strategic growth of your assigned route. If you have the negotiation power to close deals and the logistical discipline to manage inventory levels in real-time, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Route Distribution & Inventory Optimization
Daily Deployment: Direct the distribution of mobile devices from the branch to wholesalers and dealers within your specified route.
Stock Stewardship: Track distributor stock levels daily and take proactive action to ensure optimal inventory availability, preventing both stock-outs and overstocking.
Property Management: Ensure all company property, including vehicles and demonstration units, is well-maintained and in peak working condition.
2. Financial Governance & Revenue Growth
Target Mastery: Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through strategic volume growth.
Debt Recovery: Actively manage and collect outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Product Promotion: Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor and Area Manager to introduce new mobile models and promotions to the distributor network.
3. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence
Dealer Support: Identify the specific needs and pain points of your wholesalers, providing cooperative support to enhance their satisfaction and sales capacity.
Strategic Engagement: Cross-sell and identify multiple customer needs to maximize the "share of wallet" within your route.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain rigorous administrative records, including daily sales reports, new leads identified, and customer contact logs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Sector Expertise: Mandatory experience in the sales and distribution of mobile phones.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of how sales targets impact the profitability of the distribution chain.
Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to resolve daily disputes with dealers or wholesalers professionally and effectively.
Core Competencies & Interpersonal Skills
Persuasiveness & Negotiation: Ability to move volume and secure payments in a competitive market.
Results-Oriented: A relentless determination to hit and surpass KPIs.
Integrity: High levels of reliability and honesty, particularly regarding cash collections and inventory management.
