Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and tech-savvy Sales and Marketing Executive to anchor the commercial expansion of our telematics and fleet management ecosystem. In an era of data-driven logistics, success is defined by "Mobility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex AI-powered monitoring systems with the clinical precision required to solve fuel theft, driver behavior risks, and operational inefficiencies for corporate clients. This role is designed for a "Solutions Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "B2B Sales Grit" (closing enterprise accounts) with the "Technical Agility" required to demonstrate GPS tracking and fuel analytics.
Requirements:
1. Solutions Orchestration & Enterprise Sales
Intelligence-Led Selling: Identify and close new business opportunities by positioning telematics as a "Value-Center" that reduces operational costs and enhances fleet security.
Demonstration Sovereignty: Conduct high-fidelity product presentations and live demonstrations of AI-powered driver monitoring and fuel consumption analytics to C-suite executives.
B2B Pipeline Engineering: Develop and implement effective sales strategies across key industries (Logistics, FMCG, Oil & Gas), ensuring a consistent "Velocity of Conversion."
2. Multi-Channel Lead Generation & Brand Advocacy
Digital Reconnaissance: Utilize digital marketing tools and offline networking to generate high-quality leads, ensuring the brand maintains a dominant "Share of Voice" in the tech-logistics space.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain high-trust partnerships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term retention through "Post-Sale Value" and proactive account management.
Market Feedback Loop: Prepare clinical sales reports and synthesize market feedback to help the product team refine fleet management features based on real-world client needs.
3. Performance Integrity & KPI Governance
Target Sovereignty: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through a disciplined, data-driven approach to the sales lifecycle.
Autonomous Agility: Operate with high-speed independence to hunt for new accounts while working synchronously with the wider team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Strategy Implementation: Execute localized marketing campaigns that highlight the technical superiority of our GPS and AI-driven behavior insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of robust experience in Sales/Marketing, specifically in B2B or tech-related sectors.
Industry Context: Previous experience in telematics, logistics, or IoT technology solutions is a significant strategic advantage.
