Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically sharp Field Official to anchor our micro-lending and business development operations across the Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo corridor. In the retail financial services sector, success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty"—the ability to harmonize aggressive client acquisition with the clinical precision required for collateral inspection, address verification, and loan recovery. This role is designed for a "Field Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Marketing Grit" (onboarding new clients) with the "Investigative Agility" required to evaluate business viability and de-risk potential defaults.

Requirements:

1. Market Mobilization & Client Orchestration

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute high-fidelity marketing plans tailored to local market dynamics to attract a high-volume, high-quality target audience.

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Identify and engage potential clients, positioning our loan products as the primary "Source of Capital" for their business growth.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Onboard clients with a focus on long-term partnership, ensuring they understand the "Value-Exchange" of timely repayments.

2. Risk Governance & Verification Logic

  • Inspection Excellence: Conduct clinical evaluations of a client’s business operations and collateral measures to ensure they meet the firm’s "Security Standards."

  • Verification Sovereignty: Execute high-fidelity physical address verifications for both applicants and guarantors, ensuring absolute authenticity before funds are disbursed.

  • Document Integrity: Assist clients in the millimetric completion of loan application forms, ensuring the collection of all "Audit-Ready" supporting documents.

3. Portfolio Health & Recovery Diplomacy

  • Repayment Velocity: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments, maintaining a "Zero-Friction" flow of capital back into the institution.

  • Default Mitigation: Manage loan defaults with professional diplomacy and grit, implementing recovery strategies that protect the firm’s assets while maintaining brand integrity.

  • Data Sovereignty: Utilize computer and tech-savvy skills to maintain accurate digital records of field activities, verification reports, and repayment statuses.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or HND in any discipline.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of robust experience in a similar field-based sales or credit officer role.

  • Technical Savvy: Basic knowledge of financial products, lending procedures, and proficiency in digital/mobile reporting tools.
