Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to anchor the commercial growth of our technology solutions portfolio. In the competitive tech-ecosystem, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty"—the ability to harmonize complex product demonstrations with the clinical precision required for lead conversion, contract negotiation, and high-fidelity relationship management. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with at least 4 years of experience who can blend "Proactive Grit" (prospecting and closing) with the "Technical Agility" required to navigate CRM systems and market trend analysis.

Requirements:

1. Pipeline Orchestration & Full-Cycle Sales

  • Cycle Governance: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle with millimetric precision—from initial lead generation and prospecting to final deal closure and contract execution.

  • Demonstration Sovereignty: Conduct high-impact product presentations and technical demonstrations, positioning our technology as the primary "Source of Value" for potential clients.

  • Campaign Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with marketing and product teams to design and execute sales campaigns that drive high-velocity revenue growth.

2. Relationship Stewardship & Market Intelligence

  • Account Sovereignty: Develop and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring the brand remains their "Partner of Choice."

  • Trend Reconnaissance: Monitor market shifts, competitor activities, and customer feedback with a "Clinical Eye," using these insights to refine sales strategies and proposals.

  • Post-Sale Diplomacy: Support post-sale engagement to ensure absolute customer satisfaction, securing the foundation for future upsells and referrals.

3. Data Integrity & Performance Reporting

  • CRM Governance: Maintain high-fidelity records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce), ensuring data-driven transparency for the management team.

  • Fiscal Stewardship: Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, providing a clear "Narrative of Success" against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Proposal Engineering: Craft professional sales quotations, proposals, and contracts that align with both client needs and company profitability goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of robust experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a strong preference for the Technology or Telecom sectors.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
