Job Description:
We are a high-growth Real Estate firm seeking a "Black-Belt" Telesales Executive to anchor our conversion engine. In the high-stakes property market, success is defined by "Closing Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity lead engagement with the clinical precision required for objection handling, multi-channel follow-ups, and revenue realization. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Persistence Grit" (WhatsApp and voice engagement) with the "Emotional Intelligence" required to close ₦5m+ transactions.
Requirements:
1. Conversion Orchestration & Narrative Diplomacy
Lead Monetization: Engage and convert company-provided premium leads, transforming "Inquiries" into "Closed Deeds" through high-velocity phone and WhatsApp engagements.
Objection Governance: Handle complex client hesitations with clinical professionalism, using advanced sales logic to reposition the "Value Proposition" of our real estate assets.
Strategic Escalation: Identify "Hot Prospects" with high-fidelity accuracy, escalating them to management during the closing phase only when strategic alignment is required.
2. Pipeline Sovereignty & Follow-Up Logic
Lifecycle Stewardship: Maintain disciplined follow-up protocols for installment-based clients, ensuring "Full Closure" and consistent cash flow until final payment.
Multi-Channel Agility: Execute structured communication across voice and digital platforms, ensuring the brand remains the client's "Source of Choice" for property investment.
CRM Integrity: Maintain millimetric accuracy in CRM documentation and daily reporting, providing a transparent "Narrative of Success" for all sales activities.
3. Performance Accountability & Data Security
Target Sovereignty: Meet and exceed aggressive KPIs focused on conversion rates, response times, and total revenue closed.
Information Governance: Protect company client data and intellectual property with "Zero-Leak" confidentiality standards.
Autonomous Execution: Take full ownership of the sales funnel without the need for daily supervision or external motivation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum 2 years of robust Telesales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Telecom, or High-Value Tech.
Track Record: Proven ability to close high-ticket items (₦5m+) and manage installment-based sales cycles.
