Job Description:

- We are currently seeking a proactive and personable Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Officer to join our team and help expand our client base and market presence.
- If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and client engagement—and experience in real estate—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing and customer service
- Strong communication,interpersonaland negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
