Job Description:

Intouch Homes Ltd is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to serve as a key driver of our growth in the FCT. In the Abuja real estate sector, success is built on more than just listings—it is built on high-level trust, local market intelligence, and the ability to close complex deals. This role is designed for a "Market Specialist", someone who understands the nuances of Abuja’s property trends and can deliver measurable sales volume.

Your mission is to expand our buyer network and elevate our brand visibility. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from strategic lead sourcing and high-impact property inspections to digital marketing and long-term relationship management. If you possess the professional confidence to work with minimal supervision and a track record of exceeding monthly targets, we want you to represent the Intouch Homes brand.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Portfolio Monetization: Actively market and sell company properties to prospective high-net-worth and middle-income clients across Abuja.

  • Lead Conversion Architecture: Source new leads through aggressive prospecting and convert them into active, committed buyers.

  • Closing Mastery: Handle the full spectrum of client inquiries, professional inspections, and rigorous follow-ups to ensure a high closing ratio.

2. Brand Visibility & Market Presence

  • Omni-Channel Marketing: Support brand visibility across both digital platforms (Social Media/Web) and offline channels (Exhibitions/Promotions).

  • Strategic Representation: Act as the face of the company at industry exhibitions and high-profile promotional events.

  • Market Intelligence: Contribute to marketing strategies by providing real-time feedback on Abuja real estate trends and competitor activities.

3. Relationship Management & Reporting

  • CRM Stewardship: Maintain an updated, meticulous database of leads, prospects, and closed deals to ensure no opportunity is lost.

  • Stakeholder Nurturing: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a steady stream of referrals.

  • Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports to track progress against monthly organizational targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any field.

  • Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of Abuja real estate trends and specific client needs in the FCT is mandatory.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools is a significant advantage.
