We are seeking a polished Sales Executive to serve as a brand ambassador on the front lines of our high-end fashion and lifestyle boutique. In the luxury segment, a Sales Executive does not just sell a product—they curate an experience and build a lifestyle.
Your mission is to provide an exceptional, personalized shopping journey for our discerning clientele. This role is designed for a "Luxury Consultant"—someone with 2–4 years of experience in high-end retail who understands the nuances of emotional intelligence, visual storytelling, and long-term clienteling. If you possess a refined professional appearance and the sales grit to exceed premium targets, we want you to represent our brand.
Requirements:
1. High-Touch Clienteling & Sales Excellence
Personalized Engagement: Greet and attend to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a level of professionalism and courtesy that reflects the brand’s elite status.
Consultative Selling: Provide deep product storytelling and expert style recommendations to drive sales through sophisticated upselling and cross-selling.
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain a private client book, utilizing proactive outreach to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
2. Brand Standards & Visual Merchandising
Aesthetic Stewardship: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring the boutique remains a "sanctuary of style."
Store Presentation: Oversee store cleanliness and ensure that every product display communicates exclusivity and premium quality.
Inventory Integrity: Support inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure the most sought-after pieces are always available for the client.
3. Operational Professionalism
Inquiry Management: Handle complex customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with the highest level of diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs through a results-driven approach to luxury retail.
Collaborative Support: Work seamlessly with the boutique team to ensure operational fluidity during weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Luxury Retail, High-End Fashion, or Premium Customer Service.
Grooming: A consistently well-groomed and professional appearance is mandatory for this role.
Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of our clientele.
