We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Support the sales team in executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Quantity surveyoror any related field.
- 1–3years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude.
Salary
