Job Description:

We are seeking a high-octane, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the frontline architect of the company’s revenue, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work within a collaborative team of high-performers, where your success is measured by your ability to hit aggressive individual targets while contributing to the overall team’s trajectory. This is a role for a self-starter who excels under minimal supervision and views every "no" as a stepping stone to a "yes."

Requirements:

1. Business Acquisition & Pipeline Management

  • Prospecting Excellence: Actively identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

  • Lead Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact and value proposition presentation to final contract signing.

  • Pipeline Visibility: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.

2. Performance & Target Achievement

  • Quota Stewardship: Consistently meet or exceed assigned individual sales quotas and contribute to the achievement of team-wide revenue goals.

  • Autonomous Execution: Take full ownership of your sales territory, operating with minimal supervision while maintaining high output levels.

  • Strategy Optimization: Continuously refine your sales pitch and approach based on market feedback and competitor activities.

3. Team Collaboration & Growth
