Job Description:
- Conduct online research, manage documents, and verify property information.
- Visit land sites when necessary to confirm details, inspect surroundings, or verify paperwork.
- Create and upload project advertisements and updates on social media.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social platforms.
- Prepare simple progress presentations and reports.
- Coordinate communication with contractors, agents, and other partners.
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Must currently live in Abuja or Ibadan.
- Must be able to start immediately—no excuses, no delays.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working mostly online but also willing to go on-site when required.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media pages, files, and basic office tools.
- Reliable, organized, and consistent with work hours.
