SFO Consulting - Our client, a Real Estate Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Manage executives’ diaries, schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Handle calls, mails, and confidential documents with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Support executives in meetings, projects, and operational tasks.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a PA/Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document preparation.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
