Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming practices.
- Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Manage branch cash flow, reconciliation, and accountability for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field (OND/HND may be considered with experience).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in branch management, retail, betting/gaming, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of the sports betting/gaming industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Must be resident in Owerri, Imo State.
