Job Description:
- Lead and participate in daily calls with the Nigeria and Togo teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on daily tasks and progress
- Maintain and accurately update vessel records and client Statements of Accounts (SOAs).
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Follow up on outstanding tasks with various team members and update progress trackers accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or agency services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
