Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Operations Manager to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight across our multiple QSR outlets. You will be the driving force behind our brand’s consistency, profitability, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of elevating team performance, optimizing inventory control, and scaling operational efficiency across various locations.
Requirements:
Multi-Site Leadership: Provide overarching operational leadership, ensuring that each outlet functions as a high-performing unit aligned with company objectives.
Profitability & Growth: Drive sales growth and operational efficiency through rigorous performance analysis and the implementation of targeted action plans.
Quality & Compliance: Champion strict adherence to food safety, quality standards, and company SOPs. Conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity.
Team Development: Mentor and manage Outlet Managers and Supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and career development.
Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee stock management systems to minimize wastage and maximize cost-effectiveness across all locations.
Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks or challenges in daily operations and implement scalable, effective solutions in real-time.
Customer Experience: Ensure all outlets consistently deliver superior customer service, maintaining a premium brand identity in every interaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Minimum 3 years in an operational leadership role managing multiple outlets (e.g., Area Manager, Regional Manager).
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of QSR logistics, food safety certifications, and inventory management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
Salary
