Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to provide operational leadership and support in driving our business objectives. This is a senior-level position designed for a results-oriented professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes, leading high-performance teams, and ensuring that our operations in Lagos consistently exceed performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with long-term company goals.

  • Strategic Execution: Take ownership of specific business units or projects, translating executive vision into actionable workflows and measurable results.

  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and supervise staff across various departments to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability and quality.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics and KPIs, identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing corrective strategies.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, representing the company’s interests with professionalism and commercial acumen.

Qualifications and Skills:
