Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our team in Lekki Phase 1. This is not a role for someone looking for a script; it is for a systems-minded individual who thrives when given real responsibility. You will be responsible for creating order behind the scenes, ensuring that every moving part of our business is prepared, polished, and ready before execution begins. If you have an uncompromising standard for quality and a natural talent for spotting what others miss, this is your opportunity to own the outcome.

Requirements:

  • Operational Backbone: Act as the primary engine for organizational structure, ensuring that all internal processes run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Proactive Planning: Anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate. You will be expected to think ahead, identify friction points, and implement solutions without waiting for instructions.

  • Process Optimization: Constantly evaluate existing workflows to create better structure, improve efficiency, and ensure operational readiness across all departments.

  • Ownership of Outcomes: Take full accountability for results. Your success is measured by the seamlessness of operations and the reliability of the systems you maintain.

  • Execution Support: Coordinate multiple moving parts to ensure that every project or daily operation is supported by the right resources at the right time.

Qualifications and Skills:
