Job Description:

Estrada International Staffing Solution is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Area Business Manager to oversee regional operations and drive aggressive business growth across key Nigerian markets. This is a high-level management position ideal for a leader who excels at scaling operations, managing diverse teams across multiple geographies, and building high-value client relationships. You will be instrumental in executing our national business development strategy and ensuring consistent performance across your assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement actionable business development plans to expand our market share in your assigned region.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee, coach, and support regional teams to ensure they consistently exceed performance targets and KPIs.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage regional business activities, ensuring the effective execution of strategies and adherence to company standards.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture high-level relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to secure long-term business viability.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regional economic shifts to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven reports on performance metrics, regional business insights, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or regional management within a competitive industry.

  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple teams simultaneously across different locations.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Analytical Rigor: Strong capability to analyze performance data and solve complex operational or market-related problems.

    • Communication: Polished verbal and written communication skills, necessary for executive-level stakeholder management.

    • Mobility & Adaptability: Ability to oversee operations in Abuja, Onitsha, Zaria, Kano, or Ibadan (as assigned), demonstrating versatility in diverse market environments.

Salary

₦600,000 – ₦800,000 (Gross Monthly)
