Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. In the Oil and Gas industry, operational precision is the difference between seamless delivery and costly downtime. Your mission is to support the operations team in optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of mission-critical services and products.
As an Operations Executive, you will act as the "control center," coordinating between Logistics, Sales, and Customer Support. If you have 3–5 years of experience in the energy sector and a proven ability to manage complex inventory movements and data-driven reporting under pressure, we invite you to help us power our operational excellence.
Requirements:
1. Workflow Optimization & Process Execution
Process Stewardship: Assist in the execution and monitoring of operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Streamlining Operations: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement efficiency-boosting solutions to optimize organizational output.
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end service lifecycle.
2. Inventory Governance & Troubleshooting
Stock Intelligence: Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, managing the replenishment process to ensure zero stock-outs of critical supplies.
Data Integrity: Maintain and update records in operational software tools, ensuring that all data logs and documentation are 100% accurate and audit-ready.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense in troubleshooting operational disruptions, providing timely and sustainable solutions to internal teams.
3. Reporting, Budgeting & Compliance
Financial Support: Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and financial reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance safety and operational compliance.
Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive data logs and prepare detailed performance reports for the Operations Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in operations. Direct experience within the Oil and Gas industry is a mandatory requirement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operational management software, inventory tracking systems, and financial reporting tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
