We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The purpose of this Scope of Work is to define the duties, deliverables, and performance expectations for the HR/Corporate Services Executivewho will oversee Human Resources, Administration, and Finance operations.
  • The role ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and effective staff and financial management in alignment with oranization’s goals and values.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • The HR/Corporate Services Executive shall act as the central coordinating point for all corporate services functions, Human Resources, Administration, and Finance, providing strategic and operational support to management. The HR/Corporate Services Executive will:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and financial policies.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment.
  • Support management in decision-making related to staffing, budgets, and operations.

Key Deliverables
Human Resources Management:

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and staff exits.
  • Manage staff performance tracking and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel files, payroll inputs, leave and attendance records.
  • Drive training and development initiatives, including induction and compliance training.
  • Support staff welfare, health, safety, and wellbeing programs.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisals and salary review processes.
  • Provide periodic HR reports and analytics to management.

Finance Oversight:

  • Supervise finance operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Review and monitor budgets and expenditure across departments.
  • Support annual audit processes, including coordination with external auditors.
  • Oversee payroll management and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Administration:

  • Ensure smooth daily administrative operations (facilities, logistics, vendor management, office supplies, etc.).
  • Maintain corporate documentation, licenses, and statutory records.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are observed.
  • Provide support for internal and external meetings, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Drive initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic and Advisory Role:

  • Advise management on legal and operational compliance matters as they arise.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support business continuity through effective planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Act as a neutral HR advisor and arbiter on staff performance and disciplinary issues.

Performance Expectations:

  • Ensure proper documentation and process management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection at all times.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in staff engagement, compliance, and cost control.
  • Demonstrate proactive communication with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ensure consistency and transparency in all HR and financial practices.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Report directly to the Managing Director or designated management representative.
  • Liaise with department heads to align corporate services with operational needs.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly meetings and manage the minutes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
  • Financial literacy and business acumen
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in documentation, process management, and technology tools.

Salary

N350,000 monthly gross
