Job Description:
We are seeking high-performing, target-driven Direct Sales Agents to join one of Nigeria’s leading commercial banks. In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador for our financial products, responsible for expanding our retail footprint and driving financial inclusion. This is not a role for beginners—we are looking for seasoned "hunters" currently active in the financial services space who have a proven ability to convert leads into long-term banking relationships. Requirements:
1. Customer Acquisition & Market Penetration
Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify and acquire new individual and SME customers for the bank’s diverse range of products (Accounts, Credit, and Digital services).
Direct Prospecting: Execute high-activity field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
Product Advocacy: Educate potential clients on the bank’s value propositions, helping them select products that align with their financial goals.
2. Relationship Management & Retention
Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless account opening process, maintaining high standards of KYC (Know Your Customer) and documentation.
Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with new customers to encourage active account usage and cross-sell additional bank services.
Brand Integrity: Represent the bank with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active direct sales experience within a financial services institution (Microfinance, Commercial Bank, or Fintech).
Current Status: Must currently be working as a DSA in a financial services company.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
Location: Must reside within the specific environment or its immediate surroundings (Local market knowledge is essential).
