Pyramids Diagnostics Services was established in 2005 as a private liability company in the heart of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. It was established with a mission to meet the critical desire to bridge the gap in the diagnostic arm of the health sector in our environment. Increasingly, for lack of credible diagnostic apparatus and reliable laboratory investigative results in some health institutions, a missing link exist in the doctor’s ability to arrive at leading clinical diagnostics, consequently compromising therapeutic outcomes.
Job Description:
- Provide timely, empathetic, and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Create engaging content for FAQs, help articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Analyze customer feedback and craft content that addresses common questions and pain points.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable tone across all customer-facing platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, WordPress, etc. is a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
