We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the assigned outlet.
  • She leads the sales team, manages product displays, oversees inventory, and ensures alignment with the company’s standards for luxury retail operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to all outlet staff.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure the outlet meets its sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date across the team.
  • Oversee product display, visual merchandising, and store layout to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage inventory processes, including stock reconciliation and periodic stock counts.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate pricing, markdowns, restocking, and product promotions.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand representation.
  • Utilize PoS systems for reporting, sales tracking, and operational documentation.
  • Organize promotional events to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc Only) — Mandatory

Required Experience:

  • 3–5 years working experience in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle business
  • Proven experience leading a sales or retail team
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Required Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail and customer experience standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Business acumen and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of product categories, beauty brands, and luxury merchandise

  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 (Based on experience)
