We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with product information, order tracking, returns, and general support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about our products, promotions, and the latest in trends.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- 2 - 4 years previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sports and excellent knowledge of major sports and events.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
