Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone and Social Media Platforms.
- Assist customers in placing orders and selecting products that suit their preferences and occasions.
- Accurately process all customer orders within specified hours.
- Keep customers informed about new product offerings and promotions.
- Ensure all cakes and pastries are properly packaged for pick-up or delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to confirm production timelines and meet delivery deadlines.
- Help coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to align with order demands.
- Oversee and ensure the timely pick-up or delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain and update the customer database to support targeted communications and loyalty programs.

Note
- Ensure you live around Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1 or Macpherson, Ikoyi.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
Salary
