Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and empathetic Customer Service Representative to anchor our client engagement ecosystem in Magodo. In a competitive service landscape, success is defined by "Resolution Resonance", the ability to harmonize rapid technical support with a warm, relationship-driven approach across phone, email, and social media. This role is designed for a "Client Success Architect" who can blend "Communication Grit" with the "Analytical Agility" required to resolve complaints and hit satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Omni-Channel Engagement & Brand Voice
Inquiry Governance: Respond to client inquiries across Phone, Email, and Social Media with professional agility and brand-consistent language.
Product Advocacy: Provide high-fidelity product information and support, acting as the "Source of Truth" for clients seeking guidance.
Social Diplomacy: Manage social media comments and direct messages with the same rigor and empathy as traditional phone support.
2. Friction Resolution & Satisfaction Metrics
Complaint Orchestration: Resolve customer issues and complaints with high-velocity and millimetric accuracy to ensure a "Zero-Friction" experience.
Target Mastery: Meet and exceed predefined Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and performance targets through consistent service excellence.
Feedback Intelligence: Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, helping to engineer proactive improvements to the product and service journey.
3. Operational Agility & Technical Proficiency
Tech Sovereignty: Utilize modern customer service software and CRM tools to track inquiries and maintain accurate client records.
Pace Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple service tickets without compromising on the quality of the interaction.
Presence: Maintain high-fidelity attendance for the specialized 3-day workweek schedule (8:30 am to 6:30 pm).
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Communication Power: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "Patient and Empathetic" approach.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in digital communication tools and basic CRM software.
Location: Strong preference for candidates residing close to Magodo to ensure seamless on-site attendance.
