Job Description:
Are you a disciplined, high-energy professional who thrives in a remote work environment? Wendernek is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our data acquisition and client outreach initiatives. This role is a unique blend of analytical research and persuasive communication.
You will be responsible for navigating international digital resources to gather critical data while maintaining a high volume of outbound calls to drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate is someone who can articulate complex ideas clearly, maintain meticulous records, and consistently exceed performance targets from their home office.
Requirements:
Data Acquisition & Research
Digital Research: Access and navigate county websites and international databases to collect and verify specific data points for the organization.
Accuracy: Ensure all gathered information is cross-referenced and entered into the system without errors.
Outbound Outreach & Engagement
High-Volume Calling: Execute outbound calls to potential clients using a specialized dialer system.
Script Adherence: Maintain strict alignment with approved call scripts and engagement frameworks to ensure brand consistency.
Persuasion: Use strong communication skills to qualify leads and move prospects through the engagement pipeline.
Reporting & Data Management
Database Logging: Accurately log every call outcome, client interaction, and follow-up action in the database software.
Performance Reporting: Submit comprehensive daily and weekly reports tracking your progress against agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: First degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any field of study.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service position.
Technical Setup: * Must own a Personal Desktop or Laptop with high-quality audio capabilities.
Stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable power backup solution.
A quiet, professional workspace free from background noise.
Core Skills:
Verbal Clarity: Exceptional English pronunciation; must be able to express ideas precisely and distinctly.
Digital Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general spreadsheet management.
Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
