Job Description:

  • We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions within a telecommunications environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with service activation, subscriptions, and account-related issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Support customer retention by delivering excellent service and building positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and telecom industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
