Job Description:
As a CRM Copywriter, you will craft impactful customer lifecycle messages designed to engage, inform, and retain Moniepoint users. Working closely with the CRM Strategist, Head of CRM, and CRM Designers, you will develop targeted messaging strategies for various audience segments across multiple CRM platforms. Your primary goal will be to boost engagement at every CRM touchpoint, ensuring each communication delivers value, reinforces trust, and strengthens brand loyalty.
Create customer lifecycle communications for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
Write persuasive, audience-specific copy for CRM channels such as email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications.
Develop transactional and automated messages that deliver a seamless and positive user experience.
Adapt messaging for different customer personas and segmented user groups.
Partner with the Head of CRM to optimize messaging strategies using performance insights and analytics.
Conduct ongoing A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, and message formats to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze key metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback — to enhance copy performance.
Stay informed on email deliverability best practices, spam filter requirements, and mobile-optimized formatting.
Ensure all communications reflect Moniepoint’s brand voice, tone, and personality.
Combine creativity and clarity to craft messages that are engaging, informative, and action-oriented.
Collaborate with CRM, design, product, and customer support teams to align messaging with broader marketing objectives.
Provide copy guidance for visual elements used in CRM campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM copywriting, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality email, SMS, and in-app messaging copy.
Proven track record of crafting engaging, conversion-focused copy for various digital customer touchpoints.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and tools.
Ability to blend creativity with essential information to maximize messaging impact.
Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for email content is a plus.
