Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity, tech-savvy Digital Growth & Business Development Specialist to turn digital opportunities into tangible revenue. This is a strategic role designed for a professional who understands that modern business growth happens at the intersection of data-driven research and online sales execution.
In this position, you will be the engine of our market expansion, using digital marketing channels to find, engage, and close new clients and partners. We aren't just looking for a marketer; we are looking for a commercially aware growth hacker who knows how to build a pipeline from scratch and scale it. If you have a "hunter" mindset and at least 2 years of experience in digital sales, we want you to lead our expansion.
Requirements:
1. Digital Revenue Generation
Omnichannel Growth: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email to drive high-quality lead acquisition.
Conversion Optimization: Manage the digital sales funnel, ensuring that online traffic is systematically converted into paying clients or partners.
Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and engage C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders.
2. Market Architecture & Strategic Research
Opportunity Mapping: Conduct deep-market research to identify untapped territories, emerging industry trends, and high-value client segments.
Strategy Development: Craft bespoke business development strategies that align our digital offerings with the specific pain points of new markets.
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the digital footprint of competitors to identify gaps in the market and pivot our positioning for maximum impact.
3. Partnership & Relationship Management
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that can accelerate our reach and credibility in new industries.
Proposal Development: Create data-backed business proposals and digital pitch decks that clearly articulate the ROI of our services.
Account Stewardship: Foster long-term relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure repeat business and scalable growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Online Sales, or Business Development.
Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics) and CRM platforms.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related tech field is preferred but secondary to a proven track record of results.
Core Competencies
