Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive the next phase of our global expansion. In an era where traditional finance and digital assets are merging, your role will be to architect the infrastructure for modern cross-border movement.

You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding institutional partners—including banks, IMTOs, and digital asset platforms—to scale our remittance corridors and stablecoin liquidity services. If you have 3–6 years of experience in the "high-stakes" world of FX, cross-border rails, or VASP environments, this role offers the platform to lead at the edge of financial innovation.

Requirements:

1. Partnership & Corridor Architecture

  • Institutional Onboarding: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Fintechs, Banks, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to expand our global reach.

  • Corridor Development: Drive transaction volume growth across key remittance corridors (Africa, Europe, and beyond) by structuring high-volume FX and stablecoin liquidity routes.

  • Stablecoin Integration: Promote and integrate stablecoin liquidity solutions for trading platforms and payment companies seeking faster, more efficient settlement.

2. Commercial Negotiation & Compliance Alignment

  • Deal Structuring: Own the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to the negotiation of complex commercial agreements and partnership terms.

  • Regulatory Navigation: Collaborate closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure all partner onboarding adheres to MSB, IMTO, and VASP regulatory frameworks.

  • Customized Solutions: Design bespoke liquidity and FX settlement models for institutional partners and high-velocity corporate clients.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth

  • Revenue Optimization: Identify new FX routes and product opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the cross-border payment market.

  • Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous market research to stay ahead of shifting FX trends and digital asset liquidity shifts.

  • Global Expansion: Support the product team in localizing strategies for market entry across target regions in Africa and Europe.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 3–6 years of proven success in Fintech, Remittance, FX, or Digital Assets/Crypto.

  • Track Record: Documented history of managing B2B partnerships and driving measurable volume growth.

  • Education: BSc/HND in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Technical Fluency

  • Payment Rails: Deep understanding of international money transfer operations and cross-border settlement systems.

  • Digital Assets: High proficiency in Stablecoins (USDT/USDC) and digital asset liquidity mechanisms.

  • Regulatory Literacy: Familiarity with the legalities of MSB, IMTO, PSP, or VASP licenses.

Salary

₦500,000 - ₦750,000/month
