Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Intern to join our fast-growing talent recruitment firm. This isn’t just a "coffee-running" internship; you will be on the front lines of our expansion, learning how to identify high-value market gaps and turn cold leads into long-term strategic partners.
As an intern, you will be embedded within our sales and strategy team, gaining deep insights into the HR and Recruitment industry. You will learn the mechanics of B2B sales—from initial market mapping to drafting winning proposals. Requirements:
1. Market Intelligence & Lead Generation
Strategic Prospecting: Support the team in identifying and reaching out to high-potential corporate clients and HR leaders.
Competitor Mapping: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis to help us maintain our competitive edge.
Database Management: Assist in maintaining a clean and active pipeline of leads within our digital communication tools.
2. Client Acquisition & Outreach
Relationship Stewardship: Follow up on warm leads and maintain professional communication to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Growth Execution: Assist in the deployment of business growth strategies, including outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
Sales Support: Contribute to the creation of high-impact proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations for potential partners.
3. Professional Development & Strategy
Mentorship: Work directly under industry professionals to learn the nuances of negotiation and client engagement.
Campaign Analysis: Help track the success of sales campaigns, providing insights on what resonates with target audiences.
Organizational Excellence: Utilize Microsoft Office and digital tools to manage workflows and ensure no partnership opportunity is missed.
